Research done through Cincinnati Children’s Hospital

What: This is a research study to help determine the best way to screen adolescent athletes for potentially dangerous heart conditions

Who: Healthy teenagers 14 to 18 years old who: 
– Participate in organized physical activity and have no known heart problems or risk factors for having or developing heart disease

We visited a Pre-K class at Jump for Joy Pre-school to teach the kids about the heart and about CPR. They practiced on CPR manikins and even inspected a turkey heart …it is November 😉 I think there were a few future life savers in the class!
